The Air Systems CBF4-346NB fill cascade assembly is designed for refilling 2216 psi SCBA air cylinders.
The CBF4 346NB fill assembly includes a 5 foot fill whip with gauge (high pressure), a hand-tight nut (universal), an on/off button and a bleed valve. All the connecting whips for cylinder are supplied with a nut, CGA stem and tee assembly. Additional connecting whips may be added to the assemblies for extended or multiple SCBA fill capacity.

The TA-3 has twin ASME receiver tanks that act as the mounting frame for the compressor. The use of the receiver tanks provides air that has been cooled to within 10 degrees of the ambient temperature. We've added pneumatic tires for ease of mobility in rough terrain and a bottom skid plate for going up or down stairs. This plate becomes the frame for the addition of a reserve air cylinder on the model TA-3EA.
This compressor is not designed for use with constant flow respirators or Vortex cooling tubes.
All compressors MUST be placed in a clean air environment per OSHA 1910.134

This compressor system is designed to provide automatic back-up air for up to 3 workers in the event of compressor failure. An optional 60 or 87cf cylinder can be installed on the compressor frame to provide additional egress air.
The package consists of the Auto-Air Breather Box BB30-COAA, the TA-3EA compressor supplied with a CGA-347 high pressure reducing regulator, primary and secondary hoses. NIOSH requires the use of a 5 minute airline escape respirator when working in IDLH environments. The Auto-Air feature does not replace the NIOSH requirement, however, some work environments may require longer than a 5 minute airline hip bottle to safely egress the hazardous area.
