Air Systems' innovative air cylinder cart has been ergonomically designed to help prevent back injuries and facilitate mobility. The Ergo-Air Cart features one-hand operation during raising or lowering of the air control panel and cylinders. Easy single handed operation while raising & lowering the air control panel & cylinder. The 2400 PSI air pressure regulator features a steel control panel with a four outlet respirator manifold & cart lift hooks. Also has high pressure hardware, an inline check valve & 16 inch rear semi-pneumatic tires accompanied by front-locking swivel casters. No back strain is placed on the operator during pushing or pulling the cart. The basic cart design comes standard with Air Systems' unique air control panel and cart assembly. Several hose reel options are available to meet particular job applications. Cylinders, breathing air hose and reel are ordered separately. The Drager Handy Pak and Rescue Pak are versatile air supply systems. They can act as the primary air source, or when used with an external high-pressure air source, they serve as a backup for emergency egress. Both systems can be used with 2 SCBA cylinders (2216 or 4500 psi) and are equipped with a low-pressure warning whistle. Pressure is regulated to four connections for airline respirators. The Handy Pak is lightweight and easily carried, where as the Rescue Pak has wheels that make transportation easier. The Rescue Pak also contains a fifth air connection with a dedicated regulator that provides air for another respirator or pneumatic tools. The Dräger Handy Pak and Rescue Pak are ideal for use in confined space entry; such as tank entry and cleaning, sewer maintenance operations, and other industrial applications. This rugged system has a standard eight worker Breather Box mounted onto a pre-filter cart. Breathing air may be fed to the cart system from plant or mobile air compressors & prefiltered through the high capacity oil, water & particulate separators which located at the cart's rear. These pre-filters will automatically drain oil & water discharged from the compressor before entering the Breather Box. This process will extend Breather Box filter life & reduce the cost of maintenance downtime. Air Systems International BA-1CAA BA 1CAA Blast-Air Cart Only The Air Systems BA-1CAA is engineered to accommodate the demanding requirements of the coating and sandblasting industry. Air is supplied to the Blast Air cart from plant or mobile air compressors & pre filtered through the high capacity particulate, oil, & water separators which are located at the rugged steel cart's rear section. The pre-filters will automatically drain a large amount of water and oil discharged from the compressor to prevent them from entering the Breather Box.
