Any product to be returned must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number provided by Safeware Customer Service. Return Materials Authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of each box. Authorization for the return must be obtained in writing. No credit will be issued for items that are not in resaleable condition at the sole discretion of Safeware. A restocking charge may apply for all products accepted for credit, provided such goods are in saleable condition and are less than 60 days old.
Products that may not be returned for credit are:
1. Products with an expiration date
2. Custom or logo products
3. Discontinued products
